개인정보처리방침 Privacy Policy

주식회사 키스톤에이아이(이하 “회사”)는 개인정보 보호법 등 관계 법령을 준수하며, Keystone Baseball 웹사이트, Clubhouse, Bayesian 및 관련 웹·모바일 서비스(이하 “서비스”)에서 처리하는 개인정보를 다음과 같이 안내합니다.

1. 적용 범위와 개인정보 처리 역할

회사는 계정 운영, 인증, 보안, 고객지원, 서비스 이용기록 및 자체 사업 운영을 위해 직접 수집하는 개인정보의 개인정보처리자입니다.

구단 또는 야구 조직이 선수·직원 명단, 경기·훈련 데이터, 영상 및 기타 업무 자료를 서비스에 제공하고 처리 목적과 방법을 결정하는 경우, 해당 조직이 개인정보처리자이고 회사는 계약과 해당 조직의 지시에 따라 처리하는 수탁자입니다. 이러한 조직 관리 자료에 관한 요청은 소속 조직 또는 회사에 제출할 수 있으며, 회사는 필요한 경우 해당 조직에 요청을 전달합니다.

2. 처리하는 개인정보, 목적 및 수집 방법

회사는 주민등록번호, 결제정보, 정밀 위치, 연락처 목록, 사진첩 또는 마이크 정보를 서비스 제공에 요구하지 않습니다. 사용자는 질문이나 문의에 건강정보 등 민감정보나 불필요한 제3자의 개인정보를 입력해서는 안 됩니다.

3. 처리 및 보유기간

구단이 제공한 선수·경기·영상 원본 자료는 해당 구단과의 계약, 구단의 지시 및 관계 법령에 따른 기간 동안 보유합니다. 법령상 별도 보존 의무가 있거나 분쟁 대응을 위해 필요한 경우에는 해당 정보만 분리하여 필요한 기간 동안 보유합니다. 복원이 불가능하도록 비식별화된 통계는 위 기간 이후에도 보유할 수 있습니다.

4. 개인정보 처리의 위탁

회사는 위탁계약 등을 통해 목적 외 처리 금지, 안전성 확보조치, 재위탁 관리, 감독 및 사고 대응 의무를 관리합니다. 수탁자나 위탁 업무가 변경되면 본 방침을 통해 공개합니다.

Sentry: Sentry는 앱 오류와 충돌을 진단하는 서비스입니다. 시행일 현재 Keystone Baseball 사용자 데이터에 대해 Sentry를 활성화하지 않았습니다. 추후 활성화하기 전 수집 항목을 최소화하고, 30일 보유 설정과 국외이전 내용을 본 방침에 반영합니다.

5. 개인정보의 국외이전

서비스의 AI 처리, 모바일 업데이트, 푸시 알림 및 웹 전송을 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보가 국외에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 전송은 암호화된 통신망을 통해 서비스 이용 시 이루어집니다.

국외이전은 서비스 제공계약 이행을 위한 처리위탁 및 관계 법령이 허용하는 근거에 따라 이루어지며, 필요한 경우 별도 동의를 받습니다. 국외이전을 원하지 않으면 개인정보 보호책임자에게 요청할 수 있습니다. 푸시 알림은 기기 설정에서 거부해도 핵심 서비스 이용이 가능하지만, OpenAI 처리를 거부하면 Bayesian AI 답변 기능을 제공할 수 없습니다. 모바일 업데이트 처리를 원하지 않으면 웹 서비스를 이용할 수 있고, 웹사이트 전송 처리를 거부하려면 웹사이트 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다.

6. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 원칙적으로 동의 없이 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않으며, 법령에 특별한 근거가 있거나 생명·신체의 급박한 보호를 위해 필요한 경우 등 관계 법령이 허용하는 경우에만 제공합니다. 제4조의 수탁 처리와 제5조의 국외이전은 서비스 운영을 위한 처리입니다.

7. 개인정보의 파기

보유기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자 파일은 복구 또는 재생되지 않도록 안전한 삭제 방식으로 삭제하고, 출력물은 분쇄 또는 소각합니다. 법령에 따라 계속 보존해야 하는 정보는 다른 정보와 분리하여 보관합니다.

8. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법

이용자 또는 적법한 대리인은 개인정보의 열람, 전송, 정정·삭제, 처리정지 및 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. support@keystonebaseball.com으로 요청 내용을 보내면 본인 또는 대리인 확인 후 법정 기한 내 처리하고 결과를 안내합니다. 정당한 사유로 요청을 거절·제한·유예하는 경우 그 사유와 이의제기 방법을 알립니다.

알림 동의는 iOS 또는 Android의 기기 설정에서 언제든지 변경할 수 있습니다. 계정 비활성화는 소속 조직 관리자 또는 회사에 요청할 수 있습니다.

9. 자동화된 결정 및 AI 안내

Bayesian은 AI를 이용해 야구 분석 답변과 제안을 생성합니다. 결과는 참고자료이며 선수 선발, 고용, 보상, 의료 또는 징계에 관한 결정을 자동으로 확정하지 않습니다. 중요한 결정은 자격 있는 사람이 근거와 맥락을 검토해야 합니다. 회사가 이용자에게 법적 효과 또는 중대한 영향을 주는 완전 자동화 결정을 도입하는 경우, 사전 안내와 설명·검토 요청 등 관계 법령상 권리를 제공합니다.

10. 안전성 확보조치

회사는 역할·조직 기반 접근제어, 전송 및 저장 암호화, 기기 내 보안 저장소, 비밀정보 분리, 최소권한, 로그의 민감정보 제거, 접근기록, 백업, 취약점·사고 대응 및 공급업체 관리 등 합리적인 기술적·관리적 보호조치를 적용합니다.

11. 아동의 개인정보

서비스는 구단이 승인한 업무 사용자용이며 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 이용이 필요한 경우 회사와 해당 조직은 법정대리인 동의 등 관계 법령상 요건을 먼저 확인합니다.

12. 웹사이트 쿠키

시행일 현재 공개 웹사이트는 자체 분석 도구나 광고 추적기를 사용하지 않으며, 선택적 쿠키를 설정하지 않습니다. CDN·보안 제공자가 서비스 보호를 위해 필수 기술정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 향후 비필수 쿠키나 분석을 도입하면 필요한 안내와 선택권을 제공합니다.

13. 개인정보 보호책임자 및 연락처

개인정보 침해에 관한 상담 또는 분쟁조정이 필요한 경우 개인정보침해신고센터(국번 없이 118), 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(1833-6972), 경찰청(112) 등 관계 기관에 문의할 수 있습니다.

14. 방침의 변경

법령, 서비스 또는 공급업체가 변경되면 본 방침을 업데이트합니다. 중요한 변경은 서비스 또는 웹사이트를 통해 사전에 알리고, 본 페이지에 시행일과 이전 방침을 확인할 수 있는 방법을 표시합니다.

Keystone AI Inc. (“Keystone,” “we,” or “us”) complies with applicable privacy laws, including Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act. This Policy explains how we process personal information through the Keystone Baseball website, Clubhouse, Bayesian, and related web and mobile services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Scope and privacy roles

Keystone is the controller of personal information it collects for account operations, authentication, security, customer support, service usage records, and its own business operations.

When a club or baseball organization provides player or staff rosters, game or training data, video, or other work materials and determines why and how they are processed, that organization is the controller and Keystone acts as its processor under the service agreement and the organization’s instructions. A request concerning organization-managed information may be submitted to the organization or to Keystone; where appropriate, Keystone will route it to the organization.

2. Information we process, purposes, and collection

We do not require resident registration numbers, payment information, precise location, contact lists, photo libraries, or microphone data to provide the Services. Do not include health data, other sensitive information, or unnecessary personal information about another person in a question or inquiry.

3. Retention

Original player, game, and video material supplied by an organization is kept for the period required by our agreement, that organization’s instructions, and applicable law. If law requires longer preservation or information is needed for a dispute, only the necessary information is isolated and retained for that period. Irreversibly de-identified statistics may be retained after these periods.

4. Processors and service providers

We use contractual and operational controls addressing purpose limitation, safeguards, subprocessors, oversight, and incident response. We will update this Policy when providers or delegated activities materially change.

Sentry: Sentry is an application error and crash-diagnostics service. As of this Policy’s effective date, Sentry is not enabled for Keystone Baseball user data. Before enabling it, we will minimize collected fields, configure 30-day retention, and update this Policy’s processing and cross-border transfer disclosures.

5. International transfers

Personal information may be processed outside Korea for AI processing, mobile updates, push notifications, and website delivery. Transfers occur over encrypted networks when the relevant feature is used.

These transfers are based on processing delegated as necessary to perform the service agreement and other grounds permitted by applicable law; separate consent will be obtained where required. You may object by contacting our Privacy Officer. You can disable push without losing core access, but we cannot provide Bayesian AI answers without OpenAI processing. You may use the web service instead of native app-update processing, and you can avoid website delivery processing by discontinuing website use.

6. Third-party disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We do not disclose it to third parties without consent except where permitted by law, such as to comply with a specific legal obligation or protect life or physical safety. Sections 4 and 5 describe processing used to operate the Services.

7. Deletion

When a retention period ends or a purpose is fulfilled, we delete personal information without undue delay. Electronic records are securely erased to prevent recovery; paper, if any, is shredded or incinerated. Information that must be preserved by law is segregated from other information.

8. Your rights

You or an authorized representative may request access, portability where applicable, correction, deletion, restriction or suspension of processing, and withdrawal of consent. Email support@keystonebaseball.com. After verifying identity or authority, we will respond within the period required by law. If a request must be denied, limited, or deferred for a lawful reason, we will explain the reason and available challenge process.

You may change notification permission at any time in iOS or Android settings. Ask your organization administrator or Keystone to disable an account.

9. AI and automated decisions

Bayesian uses AI to produce baseball analysis and suggestions. Its output is reference material and does not automatically decide player selection, employment, compensation, medical care, or discipline. A qualified person should review the evidence and context before an important decision. If we introduce solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, we will provide prior notice and applicable rights to explanation and human review.

10. Security

We apply reasonable safeguards such as role- and organization-based access control, encryption in transit and at rest, device secure storage, secret separation, least privilege, sensitive-data redaction from logs, access records, backups, vulnerability and incident response, and provider oversight.

11. Children

The Services are for organization-approved professional users and are not directed to children under 14. Before any use by a child under 14, Keystone and the relevant organization will first establish the legally required parental consent and other protections.

12. Website cookies

As of the effective date, the public website does not use first-party analytics, advertising trackers, or optional cookies. Our CDN and security provider may process essential technical information to protect and deliver the site. If we later add non-essential cookies or analytics, we will provide the required notice and choices.

We will update this Policy when law, the Services, or providers change. We will give advance notice of material changes through the Services or website and show the effective date and a way to access prior versions on this page.
